It’s not a problem, it’s…a…passion….?

I find it to be a fairly common condition – at least inside my head. Presently I’m limiting myself to one book on order from Amazon. Only when that book has been dispatched can i buy another one….. As you might have guessed…. this is NOT working…. [lol] GOD help me when the bookshops open again in 2-3 weeks time!
I felt obliged to share it because I’ve purchased five books in the last week…three of them yesterday. (Don’t be surprised to see a series about drugs, crime, and smuggling in the near future….)
I’ve been buying historical naval fiction. Naturally I blame you…. [lol] Plus I have an OUP VSI ‘Pandemic Series’ coming up when the last of 5 books arrives (hopefully today). I’m doing well though. I have 6 books in my Review List ATM. So reading about double my usual speed.
😆 Too real. I have 2 books I reallllyyy want to order, but surveying what I already have makes me feel guilty for even thinking about it!
I’m in that boat, but lately I’ve been indulging myself by some reference to corona…
I can’t even tell you how many people sent this to me or posted it on my Facebook page. I don’t know what they’re talking about. I only have an estimated 800 books waiting here in my home (physical and Kindle). I REALLY NEEDED those extra 35 I requested from NetGalley! And really, what is another 35 when the original count is already so high?
Uh…okay, wow. I wonder if you or CK have bigger TBR piles! XD
Me…. Definitely. [lol]
“Impressive…..MOST impressive.”
Plus it really depends on how you calculate things…… For example I keep a copy of the covers I use in my blog in a directory on my PC as a reminder of potential future purchases/books of interest. Presently I have 5,284 covers….. [lol]
